Ticky Fullerton is Business Editor at Large for the Australian Newspaper. Prior to that she was Business Editor Sky News in Australia and presented Business Weekend, the channel’s flagship weekly business program. She is an award-winning journalist and a household name in Australian business circles, with over twenty years at News Corp and the ABC, including five years as an investigative reporter with Four Corners. She is both a speaker and MC at major corporate events in Australia. Prior to journalism, Ticky spent ten years as a banker with CS First Boston in Britain and Australia. She is a board member of the Australia British Chamber of Commerce and a former director of the CRC for Irrigation Futures. Ticky is the author of Watershed, the first comprehensive book on the water challenge facing Australia’s water. Ticky has a law degree from Oxford. Highly experienced and across all areas of business and the economy Ticky is well placed to share her insight and experience as an emcee, panel host or keynote presenter. Laura is the Director of Corporate Engagement at the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) and leads the regional implementation of Climate Action 100+ in Australia and New Zealand. She manages IGCC’s corporate engagement program of work and thematic research on corporate climate change issues relevant to investors. She was a key contributor to the development of the Climate Action 100+ Net Zero Company Benchmark in 2020.

Prior to joining IGCC in 2019, Laura worked in the banking and insurance sector at both Bank Australia and the Suncorp Group in sustainability and corporate communications. At Bank Australia she led projects including sustainability reporting, modern slavery, reconciliation, and climate change policy. She also has extensive experience engaging with companies on supply chain issues related to biodiversity and human rights from her time at Zoos Victoria leading corporate engagement. Laura holds degrees in social psychology and communication from the University of Melbourne and QUT.

January 2020 marked the start of a new role for Tony Nunan – Shell Australia Chairman. With degrees in Land Resource Science from the University of Queensland and Law from the University of New England, Tony joined Shell’s QGC business in 2008 as Legal Counsel, just prior to the Shell and BG integration. Before being appointed Country Chair, Tony was Vice President QGC for Shell Australia, and then VP East, Shell Australia.

Kelly O’Shanassy is the CEO of the Australian Conservation Foundation and a sustainability leader, experienced in executive roles in business, government and the community sector. In her career, Kelly has led the charge to boost clean energy, make homes more energy and water efficient and recycling cheaper and easier. She’s helped protect and restore Australia’s rivers and forests.

She has a track record of building people power to advocate for a better future. She is also respected for her work in helping business leaders advocate for a modern and sustainable economy, culminating in Kelly being recognised amongst the top 100 business women in Australia in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.

Scott Tinker works to bring industry, government, academia, and nongovernmental organizations together to address major societal challenges in energy, the environment, and the economy. Dr. Tinker is Director of the 250-person Bureau of Economic Geology, the State Geologist of Texas, and a professor holding the Edwin Allday Endowed Chair in the Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas at Austin. With Director Harry Lynch, Tinker coproduced and is featured in the award-winning energy documentary film Switch, which has been screened in over 50 countries to more than 15 million viewers and is used on thousands of K-through-12 and college campuses. Dr Tinker formed the nonprofit Switch Energy Alliance in 2016 and has completed two new films: Switch On, a feature length documentary addressing global energy poverty, and Energy Makes our World, a five-minute, Hollywood-quality film made for global museums and giant screens. Tinker is the voice of EarthDate, a two-minute weekly program that focuses on remarkable stories of Earth. EarthDate is produced by the Bureau of Economic Geology and is featured on over 400 NPR and public radio stations in all 50 United States. Dr Tinker has served as president of several associations, including the American Geosciences Institute (AGI), the Association of American State Geologists (AASG), the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), and the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Societies (GCAGS). Dr Tinker is an AGI Campbell Medalist, AAPG Halbouty Medalist, GCAGS Boyd Medalist, and a Geological Society of America Fellow. In his visits to some 65 countries, he has given over 850 keynote and invited lectures.

Kassia is partner at McKinsey & Company in Houston, Texas. She advises and serves clients in the energy sector. Her areas of expertise are business transformation, corporate strategy, and capital projects. In 2020, she was honored as one of the 50 most powerful women in oil & gas by the National Diversity Council. She also leads McKinsey’s partnership with the World Economic Forum on the Future of Oil & Gas, which convenes industry CEOs to assess the strategic implications of key game changers affecting the energy industry.

With a focus on strategic transformations for upstream oil & gas companies, Kassia has over 20 years of corporate strategy, principal investment, and capital project experience in the energy markets. Her passion lies in helping energy companies create value by entering new markets and scaling innovations. Prior to joining McKinsey, Kassia founded Tana Energy Capital, an energy investment and advisory firm, and was a principal with Quadrant Management, a technology-focused investment firm. Previously, she worked with BP Plc in group strategy, and at Bechtel Enterprises, the project finance arm of Bechtel Corporation, where she structured equity investments in large-scale energy projects. She has testified before the US Congress and published articles in Foreign Affairs and elsewhere on energy topics. In 2005, she served in the White House as an advisor on energy at the National Economic Council.

Kassia has a BA in government from the University of Virginia, MBA from Stanford University, and MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
