The Editor-in-Chief regrets that during the review of this paper he neglected to ensure that details of the relevant animal ethics permits were included in the Acknowledgements section. The authors advise that the animal work met the requirements of Western Australia’s Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) at the time of the surveys, which required animal workers to hold a relevant scientific licence and to have applied to an ethics committee. Specific details are:
Western Australian Scientific Licence (U247/2021-2023)
DPIRD’s Wildlife Animal Ethics Committee
The Editor-in-Chief apologises to the authors and to readers for the oversight.
