Helen Adair is a senior manager with Ernst & Young’s risk advisory services group in Melbourne, specialising in sustainability assurance and advisory services. She is a chartered chemical engineer with experience in Australia and the UK as an engineering and sustainability professional. She has provided advisory services to a range of clients particularly in the oil and gas industry around developing greenhouse gas accounts and providing strategic advice in relation to climate change risks and opportunities. She has also conducted greenhouse gas verification under the EU Emissions Trading Scheme, Greenhouse Friendly, NSW Greenhouse Gas Abatement Scheme as well as corporate greenhouse gas verification.

Jane Simpson is a senior consultant within Ernst & Young’s sustainability assurance and advisory services group in Melbourne, and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is completing a Master of Environment. In the time that Jane has been with Ernst & Young she has provided a wide range of clients with advisory and assurance services across sustainability and corporate responsibility, greenhouse/carbon risk and environment and OHS.

Richard Pittard is a senior manager with Ernst & Young’s risk advisory services group in Melbourne, specialising in sustainability assurance and advisory services. Richard is a chemical engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Master of Business Administration. He has considerable greenhouse and HSE experience in the areas of risk management, advisory and auditing. He has managed greenhouse advisory projects for a range of clients, including identification of risk and opportunities, life cycle analysis and identification of strategy options, as well as assisting developing corporate greenhouse gas accounts and management systems for scope, methodology and accuracy.
