Anne Kitchen commenced her career working with the sugar research group of CSR in Sydney, Australia, and then moved to Rogers Sugar in Vancouver, Canada. Anne joined AMEC Training and Development Services in 1996, and managed the training materials production group before moving to Manager of Business Development. Anne works with a variety of process industries throughout the world, delivering training programs to ensure safety and productivity. Anne also works with the AMEC Organisational Development group based in Aberdeen to provide competent construction crews and operative technicians for oil and gas assets. Anne has a Certificate of Analytical Chemistry from the New South Wales Institute of Technology (TAFE), and is a member of The Canadian Society for Training and Development and Canadian Institute of Mining.

Alyson Morley commenced her career as a Lecturer at Aberdeen College, Scotland’s largest FE college, and later became Professional Development Facilitator there. She left education for the world of oil and gas six years ago, initially as a consultant with Petrotechnics Ltd. She has been with AMEC Oil and Gas since 2004 as the senior CDCA consultant. In this role, Alyson focusses on managing workforce development, and aligning individual development with organisational needs. Alyson has had wide experience of capability development and competence assurance, both conceptually and with extensive practical experience of designing and delivering training interventions and developing competence standards and undertaking assessment. Alyson’s qualifications include; Oxford, BA Hons 2(i) English Language and Literature; Leicester University; Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
