General Information
Brain Impairment welcomes submissions related to the aetiology, epidemiology, treatment and outcomes of brain impairment with a particular focus on the implications for functional status, participation, rehabilitation and quality of life. Disciplines reflect a broad multidisciplinary scope and include neuroscience, neurology, neuropsychology, psychiatry, clinical psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, social work, and nursing (see Scope). All articles are externally peer-reviewed, in consultation with our Associate Editors.
When preparing a paper for publication, please follow journal style and layout as closely as possible. It may help if you consult a recent paper online. Detailed guidelines are set out in the Author Instructions.
Submission of an article is taken to mean that the content has not been published and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. There are currently no submission or page charges for Brain Impairment.
The journal is indexed/abstracted in a wide variety of databases.
