Ticky Fullerton is Business Editor at Large for the Australian Newspaper. Prior to that she was Business Editor Sky News in Australia and presented Business Weekend, the channel’s flagship weekly business program. She is an award-winning journalist and a household name in Australian business circles, with over twenty years at News Corp and the ABC, including five years as an investigative reporter with Four Corners. She is both a speaker and MC at major corporate events in Australia. Prior to journalism, Ticky spent ten years as a banker with CS First Boston in Britain and Australia. She is a board member of the Australia British Chamber of Commerce and a former director of the CRC for Irrigation Futures. Ticky is the author of Watershed, the first comprehensive book on the water challenge facing Australia’s water. Ticky has a law degree from Oxford. Highly experienced and across all areas of business and the economy Ticky is well placed to share her insight and experience as an emcee, panel host or keynote presenter. Mechthild Wörsdörfer (@MWorsdorfer) joined the IEA on 1 October 2018 as Director of Sustainability, Technology and Outlooks (STO). Ms Wörsdörfer plans and co-ordinates the IEA’s work on energy sustainability, encompassing clean energy technologies and climate change policy. Previously, Mechthild held several senior management positions in the European Commission, where she coordinated the work on the 2030 Energy and Climate Framework, the Clean Energy Package and the 2050 Energy Roadmap. She had been involved with the IEA for a number of years as IEA Governing Board Representative for the EU, and served in the Cabinet of Commissioners, in charge of industry, competitiveness, trade and digital economy.

Peter Bennett joined Clough as CEO on 1 February 2016 with 29 years of international experience in the EPC contracting sector. His experience spans business development, operations, and corporate leadership.

Peter commenced his career as a graduate mechanical engineer with CB&I in Australia. During his career, Peter progressed through a diverse range of roles including engineering, project management, business development, operations management, corporate function management, and general management. Prior to joining Clough, Peter was President, Oil & Gas International for CB&I, based in The Hague.

At Clough, Peter has led the transition of the business from a specialised LNG contractor to a more diversified project deliverer for the energy, resources, and infrastructure markets across Australia and overseas.

He has also been instrumental in championing diversity and inclusivity in the workplace to cement Clough as an employer of choice through the support of various initiatives and action plans.

Peter has lived and worked across all of Clough’s strategic growth regions, including Australia, Asia, UK, Europe, Middle East, and North America.

Peter and his wife Juliet have two children; they enjoy their family life in Perth, Western Australia.

Current directorships: Director of Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited and related subsidiary companies, Non-Executive Director of Australian Contractors Association (ACA).

Meg O’Neill was appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer on 20 April 2021. Meg joined Woodside as Chief Operations Officer in May 2018. Previously, Meg held senior roles for ExxonMobil, including regional production and development leadership positions, and country leadership positions in Norway and Canada. Meg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with degrees in Ocean and Chemical Engineering.

Cecile assumed her role as Arrow CEO in January 2020, after four years with Shell Australia as Vice President Commercial and New Business Development following Shell’s acquisition of BG Group.

With 20 years of international experience in LNG, oil and gas project development and operations, and high-value merger and acquisitions in the oil, gas and mining sectors, she has a proven track record of leadership and delivery in diverse operating environments.

Prior to joining Shell, Cecile had a number of senior executive positions in BG Group, and operated the QCLNG project in Queensland. Prior to returning to Brisbane in 2011, Cecile was a partner at leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills in London, where she was based for nine years, with a focus on the oil, gas and mining sectors.

Cecile earned a B.Econ and LLB (Hons) from the University of Queensland in 1991 and 1995, respectively. She represented Australia in Modern Pentathlon at seven World Championships and multiple World Cups between 1995 and 2001.

Cecile is a director of Shell Energy Australia and Shell New Energies Australia. Outside work, Cecile is a member of the Senate of the University of Queensland, where she serves on the Finance and Campus Infrastructure Committees, and is on the Asia-Pacific Advisory Board for The Hawthorn Club for Executive Women in Global Energy.

Cecile and her husband, Alex, have two children.

Albert (Al) J. Williams, 52, is vice president of Corporate Affairs for Chevron Corporation, a position he assumed in March 2021. He is responsible for overseeing government affairs, public affairs, social investment and performance, and the company’s worldwide efforts to protect and enhance its reputation.

Previously, Williams served as managing director, Chevron Australia, with responsibility for Chevron’s interests and activities in Australia. Williams had oversight of Chevron’s exploration, appraisal and development activities and the operations of the Gorgon and Wheatstone natural gas facilities as well as government, partner, and community relations.

Since joining Chevron in 1991 as an electrical facilities engineer, Al’s experience has encompassed Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream – including leadership positions with increasing responsibilities in Thailand, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Australia, and multiple locations in the United States.

A native of Mississippi, Al is a lifetime member of the National Society of Black Engineers. He also served as the first president of the Chevron Black Employee Network at its formation in 2000.
