Creating a paradigm shift — the behavioural approach to staff attraction, retention and development

Stewart Hannay is the Asia and Middle East Training and Development Manager for Acergy, a seabed-to-surface engineering company servicing the oil and gas industry worldwide. He started working in the industry in 1978 in the professional diving industry. His career in the oil and gas industry continued with assignments that included researching and optimising on and offshore managerial styles, project management, merger change management and business development. Stewart has also worked as an associate for a leading consultancy firm as a business development training program developer and deliverer and certified executive coach.
