Urinary sediments in sheep feeding on oestrogenic clover. IV.* Indigotin and indirubin in some sediments and calculi

Abstract

A blue and a red pigment found in some urinary sediments and calculi from sheep feeding on oestrogenic clovers have been identified as indigotin and indirubin respectively. Possible factors leading to their formation are discussed.
