Abstract
A generalized, automated c.m.r. procedure is described for the rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixtures of related compounds. This technique has been applied to the analysis of carbohydrates extracted from various tissues of Pinus radiata, giving results comparable to those obtained by other techniques, but with many advantages - in particular, the availability of structural information on unknown components in the extract.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9760975
