The photoassociation of some substituted naphthalenes. I. Rate constants and thermodynamic data for excited dimer formation

Abstract

Rate constants and thermodynamic data for the excited dimer formation of some naphthalene derivatives are presented. The presence of excimers undetectable by fluorescence emission may be inferred from such data.
