Prices, Shipping Charges & Delivery

All prices for books are quoted in Australian dollars. A handy Currency Calculator is provided in the Shopping Cart to assist international customers.

All direct orders for books must normally be prepaid unless you have established credit terms with us. You have a range of payment options, including cheques, money orders, bank drafts or credit cards. The following credit cards may be used: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa.

Trade or institutional customers may contact Customer Service to open accounts.

Please include AU$9.00 for postage and handling per order. All international orders are sent by airmail.

Express Delivery is available within Australia for AU$20.00. Orders need to be received by 2.00 PM AEST to be shipped on the same day.

Orders are normally processed and despatched from our Melbourne warehouse within three working days. We record back orders for items that are out of stock.

Australian orders are sent by priority post, depending on delivery location they may take up to 10 working days after despatch to arrive.

International orders are sent by airmail to major international centres. Normal delivery time will vary between 7-14 days after despatch, depending on your location.
