Abstract
Conscious rats produced bile at 19 ± 0·6 fLl/kg/min during periods of bile deprivation. When sodium taurocholate was infused intravenously, the bile flow increased to 54 ± 4· 8 fLl/kg/min-a value almost identical to that recorded in other rats during normal recirculation of endogenous bile salts.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9720147
