Transport of Spermatozoa, and Fertilization in the Ewe Following Cervical and Uterine Insemination Early and Late in Oestrus

Abstract

An experiment is described in which eggs and spermatozoa were recovered from the fallopian tubes of ewes 6 and 24 hr after uterine or cervical insemination carried out at the onset or 24 hr after the onset of oestrus.
