Abstract
The cervices obtained from 10 ewes during oestrus, and from 24 ewes slaughtered on days 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 of the oestrous cycle, were examined for the presence of ciliated cells in the luminal epithelium. The percentage of ciliated cells varied between 33·5 and 66·5% and significant variation was observed between ewes.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9701265
