Abstract
The new genus Lugenocypsela Swenson & K. Bremer is described. The genus comprises two species, with the new combinations Lagenocypsela latifolia (Mattf.) Swenson & K. Bremer, based on Ischnea latifolia Mattf., and Lugenocypsela papuana (J. Kost.) Swenson & K. Bremer, based on Rhamphogyne papuana J. Kost.
