Additions to the birds of King Island, Bass Strait

Abstract

This paper gives records of 162 native and nine introduced species on King Island. Observations were by McGarvie from 1958 to 1973 and by Templeton from 1965 to 1973 and include beach-washed birds collected on regular patrols on the western coast during the winters of 1969 to 1972.
