Frode Eidheim has more than eight years experience in the oil and gas industry working with SURF related design, engineering and construction activities in Europe, Africa, Brazil, Gulf of Mexico and Asia. His career started with Stolt Comex Seaway in 1999 and he now works as a Principal Engineer and Technical Manager for Acergy Asia and Middle East. Frode holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the Faculty for Marine Technology NTH/NTNU, Trondheim, Norway.

John Sheehan graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College, Dublin, in 2001 and obtained a Masters for his research into flexible riser fatigue from the National University of Ireland, Galway, in 2005. He is a Chartered Engineer who began his career with MCS. After four years with MCS working on numerous riser design projects around the globe, John joined Saipem in Paris to work as a senior riser engineer. Following two years with Saipem John joined the Flexible, Umbilicals and Moorings Group of Acergy Singapore in July 2007 working as a senior project engineer.
