Abstract
Experiments are described which indicate that although vernalization accelerates floral initiation in skeleton weed it is not an obligate requirement. The vernalization effect seems to be at a maximum after six to eight weeks of exposure to cold. There are indications that a short juvenile phase of four to six weeks duration may be present.https://doi.org/10.1071/EA9650329
