Abstract
The major products of flash vacuum pyrolysis of the 2- and 3-dimethylaminomethylindoles at 820ºinclude dimethylaminoacetonitrile, methylaminoacetonitrile, quinoline, o-vinylbenzonitrile and indole; the 2-isomer also forms some benzonitrile.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9740671
