Abstract
The isolation and characterization of two diterpenes from Dacrydium colensoi as sandaracopimaradien-19-ol (I) and 2α-carboxycolensen-2β-ol (VI) is reported. The structure of the acid has been confirmed by the synthesis of the methyl ester from 2-oxomanoyl oxide. In addition, ferruginol and β-sitosterol have been isolated from the extract.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9691265
