Abstract
Material from Ivanhoe (Eocene-0ligocene) and the Cowra-Forbes district of the Lachlan River valley (both Upper Pliocene? and Pleistocene?) has yielded almost 100 fossil species of spores and pollen. Where possible, they have been identified with living genera and classified according to a natural system. If the natural affinities are unknown, they have been assigned to form-genera and classified according to an artificial system. About one-quarter can be identified with living genera and twothirds can be placed in a family.https://doi.org/10.1071/BT7306001
