Abstract
Metaphase chromosomes (2n = 14) from D. viverrinus were analysed by flow cytometry and flow sorted into six homogeneous groups. Relative chromosomal DNA contents and distribution frequencies of the groups corresponded closely with values for the karyotype obtained by conventional methods.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9850377
