Abstract
The preparation and photosynthetic properties of thin leaf slices from several plants were examined. Photosynthesis was measured either as oxygen evolution in a polarographic electrode, or as 14C02 fixation. Oxygen uptake in the dark gave a measure of the dark respiration rate.https://doi.org/10.1071/BI9730015
