Oentral-Link-Degeneraoy in Protein Ooding

Abstract

In this paper it is proposed to interpret protein coding on a model allowing degeneracy in the central link of a triplet code: namely, that in addition to the "strong" links Au, Ua and Og, Gc, some "weak" pyrimidine-pyrimidine links like Uu, Co or Uc, Cu can also be functional.
