Abstract
A description is given of a mutant of the sultana, at present called Bruce's sport, which could satisfy the market Demand for a small, bright sultana, since it produces smaller berries which darken less on drying. It is less vigorous. but observations over three years have shown that with suitable pruning it will yield as w ell as the normal sultana, while at the same time producing sufficient renewal canes each season.https://doi.org/10.1071/EA9620097
