The authors wish to advise of a clarification to the Supplementary material. In the Supplementary material Table S1 (last row, last column), the authors referenced Kisley et al. (2011) as using ICD-10 code T50.9 (i.e., other drug poisoning) for alcohol-related diagnoses in the ED. Kisley et al. (2011) used F10 (and other ICD-10 codes: T51.0, T51.9, Z04.0) as part of their narrow definition of alcohol-related harm (i.e., codes solely associated with alcohol) and added S and T codes for injury as part of their broad definition of alcohol-related harm.
