The Australian and Some Other Species of Gymnodia Robineau-Desvoidy (Diptera: Muscidae).

Abstract

The three Australian species of Gymnodia Robineau-Desvoidy are revised: subtilis Stein (= bancrofti Malloch, syn. nov.), obliterata Malloch and ruficornis Malloch. G. tibiseta, sp. nov., is described from south-east Asia, and notes are given on flexa Wiedemann for which a lectotype is designated.
