Abstract
Coelomotrema antechinomes, gen. et sp. nov., is described. The hosts are Antechinomys spenceri (Thomas) (from south-western Queensland) and Antechius Flavipes leucogaster (Gray) (from near Perth, W.A.). It is the first trematode to be described from either of these hosts, and is the third genus in the Prosthogonimidae with a mammalian host. It is distinguished from other members of the family by the small suckers and the anterior position of the acetabulum.https://doi.org/10.1071/ZO9700119
