Abstract
Pseudomys nocaehollandiae is recorded for the first time from Tasmania, where it is found to occur in heath and woodland along the north-east coast. The morphological and reproductive status of the specimens collected and their habitat are essentially the same as previously recorded on continental Australia. The close relationship between the distribution of this species and the occurrence of a particular fire regime is stressed.https://doi.org/10.1071/WR9800071
