Abstract
Measurements have been made of prompt neutron emission in the thermal neutron fission of 235 U and the mean neutron emission per fragment has been obtained for particular values of the fragment mass and total kinetic energy. A direct neutron counting method was employed and a comparison is made with data from previous experiments of this type.https://doi.org/10.1071/PH710821
