Quasi-Stellar Objects in the Parkes 2700 MHz Survey: The Selected Regions and the ±4° Declination Zone

Abstract

One hundred and thirty·two quasi·stellar objects or possible quasi.stellar objeots have been found in the first areas of the Parkes 2700 MHz survey. Identifi· oations for 36 of these have a.1ready been published and 67 have been oonfirmed by spectrosoopy or two·oolour photography. Relationships between the various radio and optioa.l pa.ra.meters are briefly disoussed.
