Abstract
This article reports on compliance with the Swimming Pools Act 1992 in respect of private swimming pools, and the impact of a reinspection program on compliance in the City of Newcastle. It highlights aspects of the Swimming Pools Act 1992 that are least likely to be complied with, and identifies some characteristics which predict compliance.https://doi.org/10.1071/NB96025
