Abstract
The use of the combination of a web conference and teleconference to deliver an Epi Info training session was piloted with three public health units in New South Wales, two of which were located in rural areas. The pilot was evaluated to describe both the participants’ learning experience and whether this combination of communication techniques provided a satisfactory means of delivering professional development activities.
