Abstract
This chapter presents the results of perinatal death reviews carried out by the NSW Maternal and Perinatal Committee for deaths among babies born in 2001. The Maternal and Perinatal Committee is a quality assurance committee established under the Health Administration Act 1982, and is privileged under the Act to carry out confidential reviews of maternal and perinatal deaths.https://doi.org/10.1071/NB02S47
