Abstract
In Australia, mortality rates, prevalence of health risk behaviours (such as smoking and inadequate physical activity), and prevalence of risk factors (such as obesity), have been shown to be significantly higher in lower socioeconomic (SES) groups than in higher SES groups. Similar inequalities in health have also been shown to exist in NSW.https://doi.org/10.1071/NB02088
