Abstract
Tuberculosis continues to be a major cause of mortality worldwide. While NSW and the rest of Australia have among the lowest rates of disease in the world, tuberculosis continues to pose a public health threat, especially with the dual emergence of multi-drug-resistant strains, and the HIV epidemic in our region. In this report we review the epidemiology of reported tuberculosis cases in NSW from 1991 to 1999.https://doi.org/10.1071/NB00078
