Abstract

Readers of these pages in the past may remember some mention of the development of an ACT wide infection control manual. This manual was developed to create an evidence-based, user-friendly set of guidelines that would support and assist health care workers in acute health care settings to make safe decisions about the management of infection risks that would benefit both the staff and the health facilities clients.
