Abstract
Issue addressed: Legislation mandating smoke-free dining in licensed premises is often less than comprehensive. The NSW Smoke free Environment Act as applied to licensed premises has a range of exemptions, to the extent that it is not clear as to its impact on the availability of smoke-free dining opportunities in licensed premises.https://doi.org/10.1071/HE03202
