Some aspects of practical marine seismic survey quality control

Abstract

Quality control of marine seismic data consists of the determination of the quality control 'specifications', and the 'on board' quality control during the acquisition of the data. This paper discusses some aspects of marine seismic quality control both from the point of view of detailed seismic surveys and regional seismic surveys.
