Abstract
While the TEM method has been mainly applied to base metal exploration, it has been increasingly used for stratigraphic mapping over the past few years. In particular, the technique may be applied to the delineation of saline soil layers, coal seams and oil shale deposits, and the detection of conductivity anomalies occurring in association with oil and gas deposits.https://doi.org/10.1071/EG985177
