Professor Anthony Weiss is the McCaughey Chair in Biochemistry and Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Sydney. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, the Royal Society of Chemistry, the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, the Royal Society of Arts, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a Fellow of Biomaterials Science and Engineering. He was recently awarded the 2015 RACI Applied Research Medal. |
