An analysis of the ¹H N.M.R. spectra and conformation of fructofuranoside derivatives in solution

Abstract

The ¹H n.m.r. spectra of a number of D-fructofuranosides and related compounds, including 3,4-oxiran derivatives, are reported. The conformation of D-fructofuranosides in solution is discussed.
