C₁₈ terpenoid metabolites of the brown alga Cystophora moniliformis

Abstract

Ten new terpenoid compounds have been isolated from the brown alga Cystophora moniliformis. Their isolation and structural elucidation, mainly on spectral evidence, is discussed, together with data on four previously reported compounds.
