Unfused heterobicycles as amplifiers of phleomycin. II. Some 2,4'-, 4,5'- and 5,5'-bipyrimidines

Abstract

Syntheses and n.m.r. spectra are reported for derivatives of 2,4'-, 4,5'- and 5,5'-bipyrimidine, each bearing a methoxy, methylthio, dimethylamino, β-dimethylaminoethylamino or β-dimethylaminoethylthio substituent.
