Abstract
The preparation of a wide range of nickel(II), cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes (5)-(8) of macrocyclic ligands derived from the diamino dialdehydes (1)-(4) and various substituted 1,2-diamino arenes is recorded. Several free macrocyclic ligands (12), (13) are also reported.
