Some amino-substituted derivatives of L-mimosine

Abstract

Several amino-substituted derivatives of the chemical defleecing agent L-mimosine have been synthesized, including the peptide glycyl-L- mimosine. Preparative difficulties associated with the charge distribution in this basic amino acid are noted.
