Abstract
3-Vinylindene, 3-isopropenylindene and 2-methyl-3-vinylindene have been prepared by dehydration of suitable carbinols. In each case the vinylindene is in equilibrium with the isomeric alkylideneindene.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9771051
