Abstract
Convenient methods for the preparation of α-hydroxymethylserine in high yield by the treatment of the copper(II) complex of dihydro-1H,3H,5H- oxazolo[3,4-c]oxazole-7a-carboxylic acid with hydrogen sulphide or by catalytic hydrogenation of the complex are described.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9770683
