Spectra of nickel(II) perchlorate in organic solvents. Mixed-ligand complexes

Abstract

The electronic absorption spectra of nickel(II) perchlorate were investigated in some organic solvents. Transition probabilities, energy levels splitting and related parameters were computed. The absorbing species was identified as a mixed ligand complex ion for nickel(II).
