Abstract
The nature of nitrogen chemisorption on nickel is still an interesting problem. The present investigation shows that there is no strong adsorption of nitrogen that could not be evacuated at -76º and also indicates the possibility of the dependence of nitrogen adsorption on the nature of the adsorbent and on the support material used in the preparation of the catalysts. The effect of pre-adsorbed gases on the isotherms is also indicated.https://doi.org/10.1071/CH9700887
